Why you should quit using Google Search!

Let's begin with the obvious facts: Google Search is not prone for its privacy and user anonymity. In fact, the goal of most companies from the valley is about farming data about you. It's not that they want to scam or blackmail you. The goal is to create a personal image of the user to target ads and campaigns for companies that try to reach a specific audience. A vacuum manufacturer obviously tries to reach people that regularly use a vacuum and have an interest in having a nice and functioning one. So, the perfect audience for a vacuum ad could be housewives and professional cleaning companies for example. Like I mentioned in one of my previous posts about privacy, cookies are one of the main data access points for creating a user profile. With the help of the EU, users have gained the ability to check the cookie usages on websites and can choose to only save the necessary cookies to have a properly functioning website.  But there are alternatives in which data ca...

Not The Way Apple Does Things

Try this: Reinvent the personal computer, mobile phone and the whole music industry.  This is what Apple did in the last two decades of its existence and how they changed the way people live. Just by looking at the creative minds within the millennium generation, one can see that a new wave of open-minded people had better ways to expressing themselves with the tools Apple engineered.  Co-founder Steve Jobs was one of the reasons why the company named after the fruit became so successful within the few years of its lifespan. He created a whole new company culture with his company motto named “think different”.  Indeed, Apple was the company that thought different when all the other companies only looked ahead to make profit. Starting with the legendary Apple II that eventually ended up as an affordable console and personal computer for families all around the US. Future all the way! Apple was a company that focused itself to reinvent for the future and did...

2019 European Parliament Election

The first and last time I was  right in front of the European Parliament   in Brussels was in January 2018 to take a look at the building and the museum next to it. The building in which the parliament constitutes itself look very huge and overwhelming. Those descriptions exactly describe the current perspective looking at the European Union by many EU citizens. And that is for a reason.   The European Union is going through a tough time since the financial crises in 2008 and still aims to recover itself from all the misinterpretation and crises that it has been facing. The refugee crises for example is to this date a problem waiting to be solved and keeps being pushed away.  It’s safe to say that it’s not the fault of one political ideology but the whole political community by not being able to create a habitable country for the refuge seeking human beings in their homelands. Misinformation from minor groups are just one of the reasons the continent st...
